Family Restoration Support

Service Description

Our program offers quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed individualized care coordination by a certified PRSS (Peer Recovery Support Specialists) with lived experience in addiction, incarceration and/or family separation trauma. Our PRSS will provide reentry support for justice-involved as well as assisting those in recovery navigating employment and family reunification barriers.
